ebonymonk
Adam Schein and Solomon Wilcots were talking about it on the Afternoon Blitz when I made the post, they said Williams made it, despite the "vote" not being over yet , and then got into the Bush/Williams talk. bring in billy joe
Such much for the media and cyberspace GM's. The football professionals knew what they were doing. MNF was saying that Bush is an Eric Metcalf player and not an everydown back. #2 overall is a big price for a part time player
slamee101
This is why people need to stop buying into media hype so much...they labeled this guy a bust after his first season! IDIOTS!
busboyisback
I hope Jamaal Anderson can turn it around like Mario next year.Except Jamaal had an even more atrocious rookie year.Glenn Dorsey is starting to look like a better and better selection
dyoshot
busboyisback (12/15/2007)I hope Jamaal Anderson can turn it around like Mario next year.Except Jamaal had an even more atrocious rookie year.Glenn Dorsey is starting to look like a better and better selectionI hope he does too, but don't hold your breath, they aren't the same player. Mario had a lingering foot injury last year he was playing through. Jamal is going to take a good while to develop.
busboyisback
Mario Williams didn't make the Pro BowlWhat a joke
bronn83
He's been a big part of a turnaround for Houston this year and is second in the league in sacks. He deserved to go, more than most of the players who actually made the pro-bowl.Speaking of pro-bowlers: Patrick Willis. I just looked at his numbers, following his pro-bowl selection, and Dayum! I knew he was going to be good, but 111 solo tackles? That's with two games left to play. Whoa.
