Currently I'm 6-2 270lbs, in high school I was 6-2 230lbs, my stats were:

40- 5.2

Bench-310lbs

Squat-400lbs

Power Clean-235lbs

Vertical- I don't know, I could dunk one handed sometimes.

Currently

40- 4.4 hours

Bench- around 350lbs

Squat-can't do them anymore, back problems.

Power Clean-why bother

Vertical- I can still touch the net :P
