Goat
Congrats man, I remember when I first benched 275 I was pretty stoked myself. Then again I haven't lifted in almost a year, I should start going back to the gym.

ki45toryu
Great job...thats a big day. 225 was a big day, then 275 is the next one. Now 295 or 300 is your next big one.

raider nation
benching is overrated. it means nothing. its all for show. Kevin Durant can't put up 185 and hes droppin 20 points in the NBA nightly. i dont mean to take away from your feat, i could never bench 275, thats pretty good. ki45toryu
pro basketball players are great athletes, but dont require the same kind of strength that football and rugby players do
moe szyslak
275 is a weight to be proud of. good job. Once you get past about 250 it gets much harder to increase you bench. 300 is coming up next and it feels great when you finally join the 300lb club. formul8or
Back in my days where I worked out with a beast in the weightroom I got 365 up, but now I've dropped to probably 325-330. But my partner back then put up 510 so it was motivating.Congrats on the feat. Getting higher on benchpress is always fun.
dirtybird3245
275?Is that really necessary unless you're at a NFL combine?I've never benched more than 205, and even then I was just doing it to see if I could. You get the best workout when you use a weight that's comfortable enough to do slow reps.Congratulations man but watch out for your heart when you're doing that type of ****and don't get caught up in the 300 talk
