Any of yous guys use pre workout?

I stopped using powdered supplements years ago, but when I was using them, I tried almost everything on the planet. I came to realize, after years of trial and error, very few products work as advertised. Protein powder, Creatine Monohydrate, and a few others. There was one exception that sticks out: by far the best pre workout I ever used was this product: http://controlledlabs.com/product/purple-wraath-ergogenic-essential-amino-acid-matrix/. The effect is hard to describe. Its the best non stimulant energy I have ever felt. Give it a shot if you are in the market.

I used to pick on crossfit until I tried it. Deadlifts have gone up 65 lbs. squat is about the same, bench has gone up slightly.

Olympic lifting is difficult... And I hate thrusters... And thank God no one was filming my workout when I missed a box jump and slammed my knee on the edge of the box.

Crossfit gives you competition, encouragement similar to long distance running and comisery

Cross fit and long distance running ****s up your body, permanently. You should quit before you completely damage the integrity of your spine or rip an Achilles off.
