thaflameofatlanta Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 ole miss, up 14-0, dominates the game for 3 1/2 quarters. they get greedy in the middle of the field and go for it on 4th and 1. they get denied. wesley carroll then proceeds to lead msu down the field for a touchdown in 3-4 plays. on the next ole miss possession, msu holds them to 3 and out. ole miss punts, peagues of msu proceeds to take it to the house. 14-14. ole miss goes 3 and out again. msu gets the ball back, drives 50 yards and hits a near 50 yard fg to win the egg bowl!!! 17 unanswered in 8 minutes!!! msu goes to a bowl game for sure!!! best egg bowl since 1999. that was awesome.
