twright21
show me a good team in the nfl who has a loud mouth idiot who mouths off to the coach.so is crumpler gone too? dunn? both have been critical at times, though not as demonstrative.hall needs to keep his mouth in check, yes, but petrino has some responsibility in this, too. it's not like anyone on the team publicly disagreed with anything he said. that says a lot. if he was out of touch with what they were thinking, someone would have came out and said it.i want him to shut-up and play, but i don't want one of our best players to be traded away for who knows what. thesouphead
i watch the games also. and whenever hall is covering a #1 receiver whoes taller than 5'11" he gets burnt.so then, make the list of the wr's who have burnt him this season.....you have 7 games to pick from. go ahead and list all the big plays he gave up. the falcons ace
hall's got a mouth and hasn't lived up to the hype in the past, but it doesn't take a genius to see that hall is playing about as close to a shutdown corner you can be in this league. his worst game was against the giants, and even then he had multiple key deep passes defensed and what should have been a two picks and a six if not for a stupid penalty and shockey tripping hall. consistentfalcon
look for atlanta second-year tailback jerious norwood to start taking over a much bigger workload. the falcons won't totally phase out warrick dunn but, at age 32, the 11-year veteran is starting to show some wear and he doesn't figure into the long-term future for coach bobby petrino's staff. by the way, petrino has a lot more clout over personnel matters, and far more sway in general, than did predecessor jim mora. which is saying something for a guy coming into the nfl from the college ranks. several general managers in the league expect petrino to clean house after this season, with cornerback deangelo hall, not surprisingly, atop the list of veterans who will be traded8th game of the season, dunn i believe had a back surgery prior to season start, and our coaches are just now figuring this out.dunn dont let them paralysis you as you approach your retirement years, like any other job your just a number. the fans are showing they are up set at the record of the falcons and are blaming a few of you old veterans

corrado
the good news it that hall will keep playing for himself and his stats, so he will probably finish the season with 5-8 int's. with his nametag and pretty stats at the end of the year we should be able to get pretty good value for him. at least another first rounder.funny thing is that i wouldn't be suprised if we traded him to the patriots. i also wouldn't be suprised to see chad johnson on our team next year. (which would be nice but i feel that we could do without him...)

falconsd56
another "expert" stating opinion as fact................trading hall would be stupid!it would be stupid if we did not got good value for him.i do not advocate trading away one of the premier players at his position but if you could get good value for him its something to look atguys with his athletic ability are hard to come by.
