the truth
the only great thing about mora was that he was a great cheerleader. he made these players so soft...petrino comes in with a no nonsense attitude and players can't handle not being coddled. the truth
can you honestly say you trust petrino more than mora?yep. mora turned our players into a bunch oh whiny pansies. petrino is making a statement by first asserting himself. anyone who wants to be coddled will surely be disappointed. f1ver
whoa!dude, mora suckedi know petrino sucks toojust our luck (or fate) that we'd go from one crap coach to anotherit's like being told that your aids has been cured, but that you now have e-bolahad mora not left at least our players would still be happy, kerney might still be here which would have let us use our other draft pick on someone who could actualy make a difference. forget wins and losses for a second, i liked jim mora a lot more than petrino and i trusted him. dnorris
say what ya want about mora, but we ran the living crap outta the ball while he was there. if the wr's at the time couldve caught a **** pass, we may have at least went to a super bowl, albeit with a team dan reeves built. that cut blocking scheme mora and friends used made 4 lane highways for holes that dunn and duckett blew through game in and game out.but overall, no, he was not a good head coach, and i dont see him being one again. soundgarden
getting rid of anything that has/had the stink of the '49ners' on it, will always be an improvement in my book.
fal-kin
speaking of mora, getting rid of him was a big mistake, too!dc/oc was the problem, not the players attitude!just said basically the same thing!last year, said it many tmes mora was the best players coach in the nfl!
