a lot of people see brooking as the leader and heart and soul of our team. if he truly is a leader, now would be the perfect time to step up and give a "call to arms" so to speak. we are 1-6 and heading to our bye week, and any chance of competing for anything seems to be out the window at this point. judging by the latest ajc article, it appears that petrino and the rest of the coaches are focusing on evaluating our young talent with an eye cast toward the future, while the veterans are unhappy with the way they are being treated and possibly aren't giving their all out on the field. should he say something to try and restore order, perhaps call a players-only meeting or present the veterans' concerns to the coaches, or should he keep quiet and go with the flow? thoughts?
