Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 i was wondering...since our o-line sucks so bad and since we have nothing else to turn to after thoes injuries (and im not joking), why doesnt teams draft sumo wrestlers straight from japan and teach them the basics of being a lineman? a sumo wrestler's job is to push the enemy out of the ring...similar to pushing a d-lineman away. they are also more stronger and nimbler than they look. with a o-line like ours...this can be a revolution. ...and since they'll be from another country....minimum salary might work Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

savbrdfan Posted October 23, 2007 Share Posted October 23, 2007 at this point it wouldn't hurt. curiosity alone will attract people and it would give the japanese a reason to watch the game. i have always wondered why more aussie football players have not been brought over to be punters. slightly different ball, nonetheless they can really drive it and they are crazy enough to go headhunting afterwards. it will then be 11 on 11. again we have nothing to lose.
