smackie
i was/am excited that we drafted jamaal anderson and i still think he has the possibility of being a special player. gaines adams has done nothing as well and mario williams did little last year and has looked really good this year.having said that, i thought jamaal anderson would do something this year........its almost like he is not even out there. i think he has held up fairly well in the run game but is a "non-factor" on pass rush.....what say you? smackie
yay!another "lets call the rookie a bust" thread...me first...he should have 57 sacks by now! i did have the first sentence disclaimer before i bashed jam. he deserves time and he is adapting - my main point was i just thought that he would adapt a little quicker and be more noticeable out there. halsey
jamaal anderson looks like a raw de who should be a senior in college this year and started college as a wr! he should have 6 sacks by now. who cares if de's like michael strahan, patrick kerney, osi umenyiora, chuck smith, etc didn't make much of an impact as rookies. i want my gratification now! paul_k
jeez, the poster gave ample disclaimer, but he still gets flamed. i've noticed anytime anyone dares to question jamaal anderson's production, people on this board tear that person to bits. keithbrooking56
i think its a fair question and criticism. the guy has done nothing in the nfl. i can not recall one pressure let alone sack he has made this season. i am not going to throw the guy under the bus but his total lack of production is worthy of discussion and criticism.
