There goes part of the the Cardinals' plan to replace Darnell Dockett. Now 27, Peters is a replacement-level talent, but his injury thins already questionable defensive line depth in the desert. I just happened to see this. It pretty much went unnoticed. Journeyman or not, Svitek meant a lot to this team over the years, and came through for us, in some very crucial moments. For a time, there were some on here that argued that he should be our full time LT. Former Chiefs, Falcons, Patriots and Titans G/T Will Svitek announced his retirement.A sixth-round pick out of Stanford in 2005, Svitek made 21 starts for four different teams as a journeyman swing tackle.
