  1. So I happened to stumble across Eagles Free agent signings the past day. They signed Marcus Green, Logan Paulson and former Saints Safety Chris Banjo. I honestly wonder if these signings were an attempt to get access to playbooks. Do these sort of things happen? Also I find it rather convenient that NE basically got Clayborn on a one year rental. Did we send him there for inside information? Do players sell scheme and playbooks for side money? What's stopping a guy making 400k a year selling all the signals and playbook for 2 mil.Whats 2 mil in a multi billion dollar industry?
  2. The Eagles are a lock for 2nd place in the NFC East, even if they lose to the Redskins on Sunday. It's also looking like the Falcons are almost a lock for 2nd place in the NFC South as well, but there's still a scenario where we can finish 3rd but it's unlikely. Panthers would have to win in New Orleans against a Saints team who has already clinched home field advantage, so maybe they'll rest their players, AND we must lose to the Bucs. This would make the Panthers 7-9 and would make us tied for 3rd at 6-10 with the Bucs. It's impossible for the Falcons to finish 4th, which means Matt Ryan sti
  3. https://imgur.com/a/zW8sILJ Click on the link up here and tell me what you think? I used the NFL Playoff Predictor on https://playoffpredictors.com I have the Falcons starting 2-3 and winning 10 straight to get to 12 wins, just like in 2002 and 2010 when we also had a long winning streak during the season playing the AFC North with the same home and away schedule as this upcoming season. As I've brought up before, our AFC North schedule matches 2010 and our NFC East schedule matches 2012. We also play the Eagles in Philly and the Cardinals at home again just like 2010, 2012, and 2016
  4. I was able to go to the Eagles/Giants game today (buddy of mine had free tickets and I figured why not) and see the Eagles up close and personal. Figured I let yall know how they looked: Offense-The potential is there for them to be pretty decent but it relies on getting the ground game going . Sproles/Matthews weren't able to do anything on the ground and it let the Giants tee off on Wentz. 4 times they ran a zone read and all 4 times Wentz kept the ball, I don't think they gained a yard on any of them. I think it's mostly because the Giants defense weren't too worried about Wentz and ma
  5. I was just thinking that Asante has some familiarity with the Philly offense (practicing against it) and their defensive concepts (assuming a wholesale scheme change hasn't taken place during the bye.) I wonder how much this could help in preparation.
  6. Either thats 2 owners talking out their butts. Or there could be change coming. The Eagles have set the bar at 500/ Not to hard to accomplish for so much talent and a vet coach. The Cowboys... wtf... is Jones going SB or bust? Either Jones is talking crap just to please fans or he really is pissed off and isnt gonna except another year of average. But i can help but to believe if the Cowboys make the playoffs, he will become content real fast and forget he ever made those remarks.
  7. Per Adam Schefter via Twitter Eagles staring LT ruptured his Achilles training in Texas and is scheduled for surgery. 9-12 month recovery.
  8. Firstly, let me start by saying that this organisation deserved credit for turning things around from last week. It was a great win yesterday. I went to sleep last night think we’d got very lucky, but having rewatched the game today I think we deserved it for fighting hard and staying in the game. ESPN were quick to point to turnovers etc. keeping us in the game, but the eagles had critical TOs and penalties that benefitted them, and as many breaks as we did. 1. Our defensive problem are on the right middle (the left side of the O) 10-15 yards deep. We seem to have a gaping hole in the zone t
