BLOCKED!!!! Chiefs FG attempt is blocked and the Titans beat the Chiefs 35-32!!

We run just 28% of offensive plays.  That doesn’t work.  But vs Eagles and today our offense is balanced and the results speak for themselves.

RUN THE FOOTBALL 42-45% of offensive plays, please.  It protects your defense along with your offensive line.

I ain't even mad that they are messing up their draft pick chances...I hate the Saints that much.

I say their name so history knows how much I hate this team. The Falcons dominated this game. **** the Saints.

After what he showed today, we need to be able to block interviews. No matter what happens w/ the rest of the staff he's looking like he needs to be a keeper.

HAHAHAHA! I'm loving every moment of this y'all as a UGA fan. LSU has been done so wrong against Alabama the past 8 seasons, it's finally time for them to return the favor and bring all their 8 years of pain and agony into this game in Tuscaloosa. How about Tua against tough defenses like UGA last year, Clemson, or LSU now?

I dont think a 1 loss Alabama gets in the playoffs after this.

I hate them both but LSU is earning it and Georgia will have its hands full with either one of them even if they win the East as they should. Dawgs got a lot of growing to do, good news is they good games to build towards that starting with Mizzou,Auburn A&M and even Tech keeps them sharp

I disagree on them being rose colored glasses. That was a primetime tilt with two good teams. Matt had a rough day because Schwartz was blitzing his life away. It got home a couple of times, which kept the game close. It was a very good gameplan. The Falcons defense was physical and flying around. Takk was downright abusing Jason Peters. Vic was showing life. Trufant was actually balling.
The train just fell apart. They kept getting exposed and taking lesser teams lightly. They were better than the Colts and Titans and Cardinals. They didn't play like it. They didn't coach like it. They got the L's they deserved. At worst, this team should be 4-4. 1.7 is embarrassing.

The Eagles started off very slow and are now gelling and winning.
The Falcons started off slow and are now just getting slower.

Actually the Falcons didn't look all that great even in that game. The Eagles WR had a winning TD pass fall into his hands and dropped it. We're seeing the same team that started the year, just giving up a little earlier each game.

    Hey guys!
I debated with myself to even start this thread. Y'all know me as Goober here on the boards and a few know me in real life. I'm not one to usually share much of what's going on in my personal life...even with those I know off the boards. And the Lord knows the everyone has SOMETHING going on that affects them or their loved ones each day. With that said, even though I don't know many of you on here, I still feel like this is an online home away from home....almost like the bar in "Cheers". I come here many times during each day, checking for new threads and replies in current ones that I follow. To sum up....I feel welcome here.
My family got some bad news a few weeks ago that I didn't share with anyone. My wife has breast cancer. She found a lump in her left breast on a Sunday night and scheduled an appointment with her OB/GYN the very next day. After ultrasounds, 3D mammograms, and a biopsy, we got the news we dreaded. It wasn't completely unexpected as her mother is a breast cancer survivor, but it was still a bit of a shock. My wife is only 46 and we've been together for for 29 years...married for 24. She is without a doubt my very best friend and my soul mate.
Now, with that said, it's not all bleak. We caught this very early and we're told that it's the most treatable kind of breast cancer. She goes this Friday to have the port installed and chemo treatments start next week. She will have a total of 6 treatments that take place every 3 weeks. Once the chemo ends, she will have surgery.
Through all this, she has been an absolute rock. She refuses to get down and has said repeatedly that a positive attitude is a must. She will beat this.
I'm coming to you guys asking for prayers for her and our family. If you don't pray, please send out some good thoughts and vibes our way.
I'll still be here. Goob's not going anywhere.

Much love to you all and thanks for being here.....

DQ's dumbest move is still not putting a lid on Shanahan during SB51.

Wouldn't care who left the team or how bad the Falcons currently are if they had won that SB.

The dumbest decision is Beasley....or hiring Koetter

Well, now they have a controversial score. So we're even.

If UGA wins this game against FLA, they win the decade against FLA which is HUGE, we lose, then it'll be the first time in series history that the decade ties at 5-5. UGA let the 2010 and 2014 games against FLA go away. We were the better team than FLA in 2010 and 2014 but stunk it up against them, which is why we're only 5-4 this decade instead of 7-2.

    UGA  should have this game.
The truth is the offense has diappoined and gutted the fanbase.   The passing game has just been M.I.A. most of the year and there is no consistency nor explosiveness to the offense.    The Dawgs did lose Godwin, Hardiman, Ridley, Holloman and Nauta in one off-season which is quite a lot - I thought, mistakenly - that the Dawgs wouldn't miss a beat and thought the offense would be as good as ever.    Most people thought Zamir White might explode on the scene and be a star - and no one saw regression in Jake Fromm's game - which we have seen - how much due to the WRs,  maybe a lot perhaps.
UGA started the season w/ designs on avenging Bama and getting to a National Championship - most realize that is now most likely out of reach - while technically it could still happen - it doesn't feel realistic.
It was also disheartening to hear that Kirby admitted he didn't think his team showed they were ready to play in warm-ups of the USC game.  There are only 13 of these games per year and the Gamecocks aren't exactly Murray State - you should ALWAYS be up for games but especially SEC games.
I am sure others will disagree and have different  takes - after all, we all are individuals -  but it does feel like the  patient isn't dead but is in hospice care and just waiting for the end.

Obviously the Dawgs could turn it around this weekend and catch fire and finish out the season strong (HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HAPPEN!!!!) - just feels like we are underachieving the talent and seeing teams like Florida and LSU playing much better than maybe their talent was initially thought is somewhat of a downer.    Feels right now like our offensive playcalling and our overall offensive strategy is off track.
