    All things falcons.
  1. I thought I would hate listening to romo but I would almost prefer him over aikman. He is pretty good at breaking down the X's and O's
  2. I have been really concerned with tev not getting a lot of looks in the passing game, that is one weapon I felt Sark was failing to utilize and open up the offense. I feel a lot better after hearing him talk about just that, and both our rbs this week... "They're a heck of a matchup problem for defenses," Sarkisian said. "Depending on formations and types of defenses we get - man coverage, zone coverage - you can try to create some opportunities that way. I know in the past couple of weeks, we've called a couple of things specifically for Tevin (Coleman). It wasn't the coverage we were looking for, and the ball ended up going somewhere else, which is natural in football. That happens when you're calling pass plays, sometimes the defense can dictate where the ball is going to go on specific plays.
  3. Yeah...you hooked me up before when I came out and we hung out with DDTF. Unfortunately I don't think your tailgates will be happening like before so I am looking for a different one thanks gk!
  4. "The Falcons and Atlanta United will play on a FieldTurf surface when Mercedes-Benz Stadium opens. FieldTurf announced Tuesday that the company will provide its “Revolution 360” artificial turf for the new stadium. The announcement signals a change of mind in the choice of turf provider for the downtown Atlanta stadium. A different turf company, GreenFields USA, was announced as the supplier in February 2016. Atlanta United President Darren Eales said in a news release Tuesday that FieldTurf “is known to provide top quality surfaces for soccer facilities, including the Portland Timbers’ Providence Park, which is considered the best turf surface in MLS.” Seattle’s CenturyLink Field, home of the NFL’s Seahawks and MLS’s defending champion Sounders, also uses the Revolution 360 turf, as does New England’s Gillette Stadium. Falcons President and CEO Rich McKay noted in the news release that the Falcons have partnered with FieldTurf for over 14 years." looks like they have have the same as the pats and an they had to cram it out to open the stadium and move cranes if I remember correctly..
  5. Did you make it???
  6. One is Julios "jet jones" and the other is JJ watts... pretty close though
  7. I thought that was supposed to be a falcon.
  8. Coming out in December! I was hoping it would be somewhat useable I guess I will have to find a tailgate somewhere.
  9. Those are really nice I've never gotten one at that price although I am thinking about getting a custom. Do you guys think theTNF game against the saints will be color rush this year since we didn't last year against the bucs?
  10. One thing I love is Duke rileys closing speed he is fast but his tackling and hit ability was lacking to me. It seems he would wrap them up but it was someone else coming in to finish the play. I really hope this is something he can be coached up, and shore the finish.
  11. I really feel like it was a mental error by reed. It looks like he starts with outside contain. The rb seems to make a small attempt at misdirection to the other side and maybe that's what reed sees and once he changes position the te has leverage.
  12. Trying to figure out the tailgating for a couple games from out of town and it sounds like space will be at even more of a premium this year. Too bad the Home Depot backyard wont be ready I can't wait to see that.
  13. Great point I guess that's why they do preseason too and even call them dress rehearsal sometimes. Get the kinks out and iron some creases.
  14. I would rather have the preseason games in the dome honestly and wait until the season opener at home for the 1st game in the benz.
