  1. Did he really call somebody out for learning english when he used sense instead of since in his title?
  2. Some of Beasley sacks has come as a result of Takk getting there. I can name at least two that I remember directly in the GB game and Dallas game.
  3. 1 of 51 Linebackers named to the 2018 Butkus Award watch list. Currently projected anywhere between the 2nd and 4th round. Pratt plays the Mike for NC State but could play the Will if needed.
  4. Mash, we are currently at 4 behind the 3 3-10 teams.
  5. Sidecar this should put that notion to bed. Look at the bold at the bottom. Earl Thomas still in Seattle, but a Seahawks import boosts Dallas Cowboys - Todd Archer, ESPN Kris Richard has had a noticeable impact on this Cowboys defense, he brings the swagger that made his former unit famous in the Pacific Northwest. “Just his passion, emotion,” defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford said. “He’s got a great understanding of the game and expertise, yeah, definitely. I would never take that away from him. But it’s that and just the fact that he’s got a lot of confidence in himself as a coach, as a great coach. That’s what encourages me. He’s got that.” Report: Kris Richard called defensive plays in win over Giants - RJ Ochoa, Blogging The Boys Are we being fooled? It certainly seems like Kris Richard is every bit of the Cowboys defensive coordinator. Perhaps this could be an indication that Richard is the team’s defensive coordinator of the future when Marinelli decides to retire. It says an awful lot about their faith in him that the Cowboys would let a coach in his first year with the team call the defensive plays. It says even more that when he did the unit blitzed and got home to the tune of six sacks. The Cowboys visit the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday where Kris Richard used to coach. It’s safe to say he likely wants to use his new toys to show them what they let walk out the door. Hopefully the Cowboys continue to let him. Why Cowboys DC Rod Marinelli is just fine leaving the play-calling to Kris Richard - Brandon George, SportsDay Cowboys DC Rod Marinelli admitted that Kris Richard handled the defensive play-calls in Sunday night's win and he will continue to do so. Marinelli said Richard called all of the defensive plays against the Giants and primarily handled the duty in the season opener at Carolina, but with Marinelli’s input during the games and the week of practices. Marinelli said Eberflus, who left in the offseason to become the Colts’ defensive coordinator, took on much of the same responsibilities in 2017. The Cowboys blitzed much more Sunday than they have in previous seasons under Marinelli. Richard is a fan of blitzing often, but Marinelli’s approach has long been to get pressure primarily with his front four along the defensive line.
  6. Carolina and TB yeah. Arizona MTL not.
  7. We are currently at 4
  8. I agree but I like OT Jawaan Taylor more than Jonah Williams but Simmons on defense better.
  9. I'm no Gator fan but Taylor should be starting at LT over the bum Ivey (Ivey is Ereck Flowers 2.0). Taylor is one of the top OT's coming out if he declares. A look at both. now Ereck Flower I mean Martez Ivey.
  10. As I mentioned in another thread if we draft a Tackle, we need someone who can slide over and play LT in a pinch just in case something would happen to Jake Matthews. Sambrailo is a FA. I don't see Dalton Risner being able to do that but maybe he can. I like Risner more as a center. Yodny Cajuste would be worth a pick if we traded down and acquire an additional 2nd rounder. I would use the 1st of 2 2nd round picks on him or Elgton Jenkins. Would love to get both honestly. Back to Yondy (Click on the link in the tweet. Good read and videos)
  11. My 4th favorite DT behind Williams, Simmons, & Oliver. A bigger Malik Jackson.
  12. Big time statement from Rodney Garner, but hey resume speaks for itself.
  13. Sometime I think it's a misconception when it comes to Defensive Tackles. Some don't view them as playmakers, if said DT doesn't put up godly sack numbers.....but sometimes you a have a nose tackle and he's an extreme playmaker because he demands a double-team and he doesn't get any glory. To me, they're considered playmakers because without them the next guy can't make that spectacular play or in this case plays...As a result Davis was a 1st team all SEC and Brown was a 2nd. All while consistently getting doubled team here's a look at Brown stats for the season.
  14. Update: Ryan Schraeder was excused from practice today.
  15. If we went that direction that would be a good idea to bring Klint along too.
  16. Kubiak did wonder with the Ravens offense that season and even made OL Jeremy Zuttah who struggled in TB look good in the process. Our talent on offense would be an attraction for him.
