  1. Ian Rapoport @RapSheet · 3m 3 minutes ago The #Cowboys deal for #LSU OL La’El Collins is for 3 years, fully guaranteed, per source. (@NFLCharean had it first)
  2. Always has been NFL Network for me, I just can't stand Mel Kiper or Chris Berman.
  3. Exactly what this about, they've been talking on NFL Network that he isn't being interviewed by police until after the draft, And alot of teams find him undraftable if his name isn't cleared first.
  4. Moving back for an O-Lineman and trading back into first for Ray would be satisfying draft for me. I do really love Fowler though, tomorrow can't get here fast enough.
  5. I like this move if we can get Morgan, Morgan can play RE with Clayborn at LE, Hageman and Solai can man the interior, and Reed playing SLB. In pass rushing downs, Morgan can slide inside with either Clayborn or Hageman, Reed drops down to LE and whatever pass rusher we draft comes in to the RE spot. I think I'm seeing a spec of light at the end of the tunnel.
  6. LOL...I thought this was going to be a Fat Head commercial...I thought wrong.
  7. Jerry Hughes - DL - Bills Yahoo's Charles Robinson reports the Bills are expected to keep free agent DE/OLB Jerry Hughes. Keeping together one of the NFL's premier front sevens should be a no-brainer for Buffalo, which has plenty of cap room. Hughes is only 26 years old and has developed into an elite outside-edge pass rusher the past two seasons. We suspect Hughes will command north of $10 million annually to retain. Looks likes Hughes is going to be off the board aswell.
  8. My brother is one pissed off Bills fan right now. In my opinion this is another stupid doug whaley trade. Gave away this years first rounder for Watkins last year when it was known to be a deep wr class and now trades there best linebacker for an upgraded version of Spiller.
  9. I heard one of the media analysts talking about Gregory being injured at the beginning of the year and got rolling later in the season. I haven't been overly impressed by most of his tape, but he lived in the backfield of the Michigan St game. Fowler is my favorite of this class, but it looks like he won't be available, so to me Beasley is the next most intriguing, my only huge concern with him was his weight but he answered those questions at the combine.
  10. Stephen Gostkowski - K - Patriots Patriots assigned the franchise tag to K Stephen Gostkowski. The move means FS Devin McCourty will be headed to the open market. The tag for kickers is a relatively steep $4.126 million, but ensures the Pats will keep a kicker who has converted field goals at an 86.8 percent rate since 2006. Gostkowski was 35-of-37 on field-goal attempts in 2014, and is one of the league's very best, if not best, kickers. Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter Mar 2 - 2:49 Looks like McCourty will hit free agency.
  11. I'm a fan of Mauldin aswell, he has great anticipation of the snap count and one of the best first steps I've seen in a prospect coming out of this draft. In my opinion he is very similar to Randy Gregory, but is alot more vicious with his hands and has a better motor.
  12. Officially hired. Marquand Manuel - DB - Falcons Falcons hired Marquand Manuel as DBs coach and senior defensive consultant. Manuel, 35, played eight seasons in the NFL, appearing in 116 games and starting 57. He's been coaching alongside new Falcons coach Dan Quinn in Seattle the past three seasons and now follows to him Atlanta with a promotion. Manuel has a couple building blocks in CB Desmond Trufant and SS William Moore.
  13. I know he's a divisional rival, but Spoon should get Thomas Davis on the phone and get whatever advice he can to recover and stay healthy.
  14. From Today Mike Smith - DT - Free Agent The San Francisco Chronicle reports ex-Falcons coach Mike Smith wants to take 2015 off. It's the Lovie Smith plan. The only team to show interest in Smith as a coordinator was the Raiders, and Smith must believe he's better off sitting out 2015 than hitching his wagon to Oakland's middling unit. Smith will presumably try to land another head job in 2016, or at least have his pick of defensive jobs.
  15. I can't wait for him to be named Head Coach, so looking forward to his press conference.
  16. I can see it now, Nolan will be Romo in the probowl, begging for his trickery, and Chuck will Ryan, telling him shut up and this is what were going to do.
  17. Mike Nolan - DL - Chargers Chargers hired ex-Falcons DC Mike Nolan as LBs coach. Nolan has been either coordinating defenses or serving as a head coach every year since 2002. His past two Falcons units were abysmal, but his personnel was a major issue. He's a nice addition to DC John Pagano's staff.
  18. Does anybody recall when Ryan held the kick for a PAT? I'm thinking it must have been during the preseason his rookie year?
  19. Well Andre Johnson beasted when Shanahan was there, he made the Redskins crappy WR corpse look decent in RG3's rookie year, and he did wonders with Gordon. So my assumption would be yes, Shanahan will be good for Julio.
  20. No Austin accepted a defensive coordinator position last year, before that he was a defensive backs coach in Baltimore. This is his first year being interviewed as a HC.
  21. Teryl Austin spent 3 years in Baltimore, I'm sure he could run a 3-4 defense.
