The perfect plans/conspiracies make no sense because it throws the truthers off the trail.

Can someone post 2018 punting stats please? Because I'm not seeing how we have one of the league's statistically worst punters:
#6 Average Punt at 46.8 yards
#5 Net Punt at 43.7 yards
    #6 Fair Catches at 24
#14 Average Return Yards at 7.0 yards
    #16 Touch Backs at 4
    #20 Inside the 20 at 25
2018 NFL Team Punting Stats (ESPN)
    Doesn't seem so bad?

7 Sacks last year would have tied for 1st on our team.

This is wild speculation. Vic has 10.5 more sacks than Golden does, has as many or more sacks in every single year of their careers, and also has much fewer injury-related concerns. Golden is exactly like Vic except worse: One big year and 'nothing' besides that, like people accuse Vic of, except his one big year is worse than Vic's and he's done much less than Vic in his 'down' years.
But the grass is always greener on TATF.

It's not a coincidence Teco didn't get any carries in these situations. You don't try to gain 1 yard by running to the sideline, and that's all Teco can really do. There's no doubt in my mind that number of conversions would have been higher with Free healthy.

Some nice Safeties there but not backups. Clay and Curry would have been nice a contract ago, they're on the downslope now though.

None so far. They all had their cheaper replacements on the roster already and were cut for understandable reasons (Old, overpaid, or just not very good).

“Fix” is subject to interpretation, but little doubt running attack would have been better with a healthy freeman than without him.

It blows my mind y'all really think Beasley just stumbled into being the NFL sack leader and now he's useless all of a sudden.
Scheme is what plays a factor dude. With Quinn leading the defense he was amazing, with Manuel leading it he wasn't.
Did you watch the games? I'd say on 60% or more of his pass rushes he hit the OT and dropped back into a spy/coverage roll. That's on Manuel not Beasley.

I'm actually okay with this. High upside, low cost, worth the chance.

Except for when he actually got them in the playoffs to begin with. Flacco got the magic going in the playoffs for sure but he did not get them there.

I will continue to access the players as I've always done.  And take pictures.
However I will do videos at the end of the camp.  So if there is any questions you like me to ask, I'll ask. But try to ask questions to players who are not ryan and julio.  It's a swarm around them.
For instance of questions,  "Quinn or Dimitroff. Why do you say a failure last year was depth. Cut players to save money. Yet show interest in signing a banlck up QB and over pay him, cough cough Schaub? Why not turn him into a qb coach if he's here because ryan likes him? Shouldn't we be focused on signing depth for players who rotate, prone to injury, or a position that's more at risk of an injury? "

..... i'll bump this thread as TC gets closer.

People forget because of the SB but Free is actually a good pass blocker. Health is certainly concerning though. Unfortunately I don't think we have the ability to bring in a 1b kind of RB this year with all the other positions that need to be addressed, so we'll have to pray Free's okay.

I don't get the Goodell hate. The NFL as a product is far more mature than the NBA and a lot of that is down to Goodell.
There is a lot wrong with the NBA (soft salary caps, player power, outright tanking, draft lottery to name a few). I'm not saying that it's all down to Silver but he certainly hasn't fixed any of those areas.

Say what you want, but the NFL has never thrived as much as it is currently under Roger.  Players, franchises, owners, all making more than ever before.  I don't know how much of that is due to Roger exactly, but the NFL has never been richer.
