  1. Last week on 92.9 they had Michael Irvin on and they were talking about Roddy not getting any targets also. They mentioned how Hankerson was getting targets despite having some drops. In so many words they were saying that Hankerson is Shanahan's guy from Washington and that's how it goes sometimes.
  2. Heard the same thing also the other day. Dukes said they were on a long flight when Tice told him. Earlier on 92.9 they were mentioning reports about Shanahan having issues everywhere he has been.
  3. Same here bro and when it happened again a week later but this time we lost I thought it might be time for a change.
  4. Lmao I was thinking the same thing. I couldn't picture watching a game listening to him talk about how resilient a team is, or them not winning all 3 phases of the game.
  5. http://m.espn.go.com/nfl/story?storyId=11774564 Mike Smith: One game at a time Vaughn McClure [ARCHIVE] ESPN.com | October 27, 2014 FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Although his team is 2-6 and a long shot to make the playoffs, Atlanta Falcons coach Mike Smith is not worried about his job security as this juncture. Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images The Falcons are 6-18 in their past 24 games under coach Mike Smith's watch. Smith addressed the media Monday, a day after the Falcons blew a 21-point lead and lost to the Detroit Lions 22-21 in London. Smith was asked Monday if he has any concerns about job security,

  7. The Falcons have now smeared their stench on two continents. The Atlanta Falcons fell to the Detroit Lions 22-21 early Sunday morning in the latest NFL export to London, a game that showed we're apparently not still over that whole "no taxation without representation" thing. How else to explain the utter garbage that America foisted on England? This wasn't just a bad game, this was the bad game, absolute Peak Falcons. Atlanta took a 21-0 lead into the half. Never before had Atlanta lost a game when leading by three touchdowns at halftime. Surely not even the Falcons could blow this one, right?
  8. http://m.espn.go.com/nfl/story?storyId=11634396 Broncos release kicker Matt Prater ESPN.com news services | October 3, 2014 Hyoung Chang/The Denver Post/Getty Images Matt Prater holds the record for longest field goal in NFL history -- 64 yards, against the Titans last December. It's unlikely he will be out of work long. The Denver Broncos have released veteran kicker Matt Prater, who is coming off a four-game suspension, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reported and the team confirmed Friday, meaning that rookie Brandon McManus keeps the job. Prater, 30, will count $4.1 million against Denver's
