  1. Hopefully we dominate again today. Throwbacks still looking cleaner than our main unis i see...
  2. I bet whoever was talking is likely someone you'd never even think about like Bosher. lol
  3. both of them have been hiding behind slogans and buzzwords to hype up their mediocrity. kick rocks.
  4. The arm is on the decline. thats why he warms up with the weighted balls. the next coach will have to cater playbook to whatever strength is left.
  5. #2 looks like father time has come for him. can't do it at a high level anymore
  6. very winnable division game. just play hard and smart for all 4 quarters.
  7. I think pride gets in the way with guys this successful. AB has made billions, and to blow the front office up would mean he picked the wrong dudes all the way up the food chain. I imagine that's a hard pill to swallow for the ol' ego. So you hold on too long hoping you were right and also so you dont feel like a fool in front of your other billionaire buddies I guess.
  8. before all these injuries, I would have said 4-1 or 3-2 at worst on this stretch. Now the only games I feel good about are the Lions and Broncos
  9. I guess we will really see what they have in the post Rodgers era. It's a little too easy for him to look like a genius right now.
  10. Maybe they'd look better with red numbers and red helmets...
  11. My PSL was 2k per seat and I have two seats on the 50 (3rd level). I typically sell two games a year and at the very least make $4-500 bucks in the process. So if I continue to do that, every year my PSL is basically free; and like someone said earlier, the rest of the price you pay is purely for entertainment. You cant expect to make it out to be an investment, that's silly.
  12. Once we sure up the RG situation, I see us being just as unstoppable. Julio with two good feet is going to run off just as much coverage as last year for others to find holes in the D. From the play calling standpoint I expect hiccups in year one just like with anything that's new. Takes a little time to get in that good rhythm. But I don't see a huge drop off unless someone is severely injured. I'm sure they realize that everyone besides the Pats is gonna talk in the locker room about knocking off last year's NFC champs as motivation...so they will need to up their mojo every week.
  13. The Falcons/Braves/Hawks are no different than having screwed up family really. At least if you were born here like me and are loyal to the home teams. You're stuck with them...you love them and you do want to see them do well. Every now and again they get a few things right and you get your hopes up, then they go back to being themselves and the disappointment returns. Lol
  14. Makes it even more of a head scratcher on 3rd and 1 doesnt it? Especially considering if freeman doesn't get a single yard (or even loses a few) you're still in FG range to ice the game. But whats the likelihood of that when you have been getting what you need for most of the night running? Its the most idiotic ego driven play calling I've ever seen. Theres a huge difference between being aggressive and being ridiculous.
  15. Yes. Completely idiotic play calling in crunch time. There is NOT ONE scenario i can think of where throwing on 3rd and 1 when you are in FG range to ice the game makes ANY sense. I am upset at the entire offense for even allowing that to happen.
  16. I blame Quinn. You need to tell shanahan to run the ball. Don't pass until they prove they can stop it. They hadnt stopped us all game and it makes no sense why you would pass in the second half like you are the team thats down 3 scores.
  17. This is a great example of how ego and arrogance ultimately screws you. He should have been running clock at 28-9. At 28-20, still...all you had to do was run to set up the field goal and you F that up too. Unbelievable.
  18. The top of the truck was flattened but if he was able to communicate like sites are reporting, hopefully his injuries aren't life threatening
  19. Mack seems more like the typical Falcon pick, but if we truly are getting nasty…I think they reach for Clowney
  20. Carroll is a perfect fit for Seattle. Everything lined up just right. I doubt his philosophy would have been embraced here as well by Mr. Blank. He runs this place more like a well functioning corporation which has to fit a certain image, standard, etc. Ironic how the same things that help us also seem to hold us back…but thats probably any team if you don't pick the right players to match.
  21. I agree he has lost the fire..but I don't think any of it is intentional. I mean this is his livelihood, so I just cant fathom him playing this bad knowing he will get cut and have garbage film for other teams to watch. I think he is the typical NFL player... one of those that has a 3-5 year lifespan, then its over. He took a year or two to develop, had a year or so where he hit his peak, and now he is in full decline. We want the guy to be consistently good over a number of years, but the reality is, he about right on target for the typical career.
  22. Hard to argue against those. that would look good with either logo.
