We can't afford to put a back up qb on the field. We've got plenty of guys who can make plays in space. 

Spurrier strikes again 
After Sunday's game, Spurrier compared the crowd at the stadium to "Rocky Top" -- Tennessee's Neyland Stadium.
"It was as loud as Rocky Top to tell you the truth," said Spurrier in his postgame interview.
The only problem is, the crowd at Sunday's game in San Antonio was short of 30,000 fans -- a good number for an Alliance game.

Yeah I'm not buying it. Sounds like now that the lawyer got what he wants he's trying to backtrack and smooth things over. Probably knowing full well that the full story will never be disclosed.

Weren't you making similar claims about your buddies watching Fields and Fromm at practice tho? Seemed like you were essentially claiming what they said as fact even though you weren't there. I think it's about the same as what @youngbloodz is saying here.
