  1. Couple guys you mentioned: Love Carl Lawson and Eddie Jackson. Kittle and Butt would be nice TEs to pair with Hooper. With Atlanta's fourth rounder, I can almost guarantee they take Danny Isadora, Nico Siragusa or Isaac Asiata. There are some nice RBs left as well. Donnell Pumphrey and Joe Williams spring to mind. Also, I wouldn't be shocked if we used that last 5th rounder on Zane Gonzalez.
  2. Yeah I'm thinking this Fanspeak site is a little bogus with the projections for players that drop. I don't follow draft standings too much so I didn't know late third for Tim Williams was unreasonable. But I did another one tonight and Jamal Adams fell to 31 so I'm pretty sure this thing is BS.
  3. 1.31 - Forrest Lamp OG Western Kentucky 2.63 - Obi Melifonwu FS UCONN 3.95 - Tim Williams DE Alabama 4.136 - Kendall Beckwith LB LSU 5.174 - Davon Godchaux DT LSU 7.249 - Dede Westbrook WR Oklahoma Just finished this draft on Fanspeak. I don't know about you guys but I would be ecstatic about a draft like this. I worry about bringing a character like Westbrook onto the team but as a 7th round pick, there's relatively no risk. Just cut him if he acts up.
  4. It was reported by, I believe, Mike Mayock that both Pittsburgh and the Jets planned to select Neal if he fell to them in Rd 1. And it shows in the guys they ended up selecting.
  5. In the past day or so, a few draft guys have been speculating that Jonathan Allen could experience a Myles Jack-esque draft day slide. The projected top 5 pick has undergone surgery on both shoulders recently and there is a growing concern regarding his durability in the NFL. Assuming we sign Donari Poe, at what pick in the first round would you consider a trade up? We could conceivably have a DL of Beasley, Jarrett, Poe and Allen. That would be tops in the NFL in my opinion. Would you go for Allen, even with concerns about his durability?
  6. Darrin Walls wasn't exactly a "small school guy." He went to Notre Dame
  7. Just finished this mock on Fanspeak using the composite big board. I would be ecstatic if it went down like this. 17: R1P17 OLB DARRON LEE OHIO STATE 50: R2P19 S KEANU NEAL FLORIDA 81: R3P18 TE NICK VANNETT OHIO STATE 115: R4P17 DT JAVON HARGRAVE SOUTH CAROLINA STATE 238: R7P17 OLB CURT MAGGITT TENNESSEE

  9. I watched him play in college. In 2014, he was there was no outside rush so he was contained pretty hard by opponents. 2013 was where he shined. He had Carl Lawson, a 5 star DE on one end and Dee Ford, a future first round pick on the other. He dominated the Iron Bowl at Auburn. Consistently got good penetration through the line when it mattered. I wouldn't take him til the third or fourth but he definitely has potential. He's a super hard worker

  12. Clyde Gates and Dorin Dickerson could also produce. And Kaseem Osgood can still play some elite special teams.
  13. OMG Asamoah is standing and watching too! That must mean he's not starting either...
  14. http://www.wkrg.com/story/25631444/developing-julio-jones-brother-shot I'll post more info as it becomes available.
  15. Jacob Pederson will make the final 53 man roster here. Great pick up if true.
