  1. Because I'm talking about the Falcons, not the Vikings. This forum is called "Talk About the Falcons." I Understand why you want to run-away though, after being pummeled into submission. Like the Falcons in the playoffs, you fail.--**** you even failed at defending them. I apologize, I was unaware you couldn't hold your own in an argument. I'll take my leave then as well, enjoy your night kid.
  2. You guys act like going 4-12 to 11-5 is some CROWNING achievement. Big f'in deal. Miami went from 1-15 to 11-5. And guess what? They played a much, much, much, MUCH harder schedule. They didn't need the #2 Rushing offense in the league, or a 1st draft pick QB. ****, if the Lions could have played the Chiefs, Raiders, Chargers(When they sucked), Rams, and Broncos (Most of these @ home) out of division like you guys, I guarantee they wouldn't of been winless this year. Looking at your 2009 schedule, you won't even come close to 11-5. Most of your wins this season were against god-awful teams like Chiefs, Raiders, Rams, Lions, and the Broncos. (Out of Division) Without facing those cupcakes again, you'll be lucky to make .500. This schedule is 10fold harder than your 2008 one. **** "Matty Ice" won't even be regarded as the best Rookie QB this season, after tomorrow Joe Flacco will lead the Ravens to victory, unlike Matt Ryan--Flacco doesn't self-destruct after week 13.
  3. Dude, not even a pathetic excuse of a comeback this time? You obviously can't hold your own in an argument. You're really bad at this. I suggest you leave, and try again sometime. Whatever makes makes you safe face about me owning you again. Go be butthurt somewhere else, this thread is about how bad Matt Ryan is late in the season. You haven't said one intelligent thing since you got here, I've been constructive arguments and posts--yet you refuse to reply to them if they aren't full of delusional homer babble "MATT RYAN BEST ROOKIE QB EVERRRR FUTURE FRANCHISE QB, MVP MVP MVP, SUPER BOWL NEXT YEAR GUISE, SRSLY" Say one relevant thing in contrary to my posts about Matt Ryan being an awful QB late in December, and you'll win. I'll make it easy for you and repost what I said: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Funny how quickly your opinions of Matt Ryan have changed. Before Saturday, you guys were preaching ""MVP MATT RYAN, FRANCHISE QB--ON THE SAME LEVEL AS MANNING, BRADY, ETC"" and other homeristic babble. Now your crying "He's a Rookie!!!" But most of you are right, he'll get better. Eventually. But this isn't college football folks, players don't necessarily get better every year. Matt Ryan is probably going to hit the "Sophomore Jinx" in his second year. Only way to tell if he will ever be a true franchise QB will probably be around his 3rd Season.--- Considering he doesn't completely disappear and peak their first like many other Rookie QBs have. You guys honestly think the reason for Matt Ryan's success was due to his skill and expert QB prowess? **** NO. The reason he was good this year was because HE WAS A ROOKIE. His greatest weakness was his greatest strength. Matt Ryan came into the NFL and NO ONE knew his tendencies, habits, weaknesses, strengths, etc.-- Until LATE in the year. That is why he was successful over so many team's defenses. But late in the year, teams finally got some tape to study, and his weaknesses were revealed. Most of you thought crowd-noise didn't bother Matt Ryan until Saturday. -- Most of you thought pressure/getting hurried didn't bother Matt Ryan until Saturday. Most of you thought he wasn't an overrated product of the Falcon's running game. Well unlike many other REAL franchise QBs, Matt Ryan cannot function without a LEADING NFL rushing attack. Fact of the matter is, unlike this year; Matt Ryan's weaknesses are going to be exposed next year. He isn't going to be a mystery. Keep thinking you have a future HOF/Franchise QB on your hands though" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- unlike Matt Ryan-- Tjack is playing exceptionally well in December. Here are Tarvaris Jackson's stats for the last 3 games: 740 passing yards 7 TDs 1 INT Avg. 62% pass completion Avg. 107 QB Rating You cannot deny he has been playing exceptional Football these past 3 weeks. ------------------------------------------------------------ Now look at Matt Ryan's last 3 games (not including play-off game) 500 passing yards. 2 TDs 4 INT Avg. 55% pass completion Avg. 63.9 QB Rating. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  4. The truth is never funny. What I said was only reinforced by the b*tch slap of reality you received on Saturday. Sorry I can't keep up with all your witty one liners-- Lets take a look at your highlight reel-- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "YOUR STUPOD" "Your RETARDEDD" "YOUR WRONG" "YOUR QB IS TARVARISJACKSON LOL ENUFF SAID" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Oh man, those are some knee slappers you cooked up. I was a fool to think I could ever compete....Get real buddy.
  5. Same here, Jake "The Snake" Delhomme has been a much more consistent QB than Matt Ryan, who needs a QB that plays great all season, but sucks when it counts (December and Play-offs) I'll say what I said in another thread. . . . What do "Matty Ice" and "Vanilla Ice" have in common. They were both one hit-wonders!
  6. You guys act like going 4-12 to 11-5 is some CROWNING achievement. Big f'in deal. Miami went from 1-15 to 11-5. And guess what? They played a much, much, much, MUCH harder schedule. 7. Yet John Abraham was crying like a little b*tch on the sidelines. He had no one to blame but himself for losing that game, 2 tackles all game against one of the WORST offensive lines in the NFL. On average, Warner gets sacked 1.6 times PER GAME.--You couldn't sack him once. ****, you guys like to tout how Abe is so much better than Jared Allen,--Jared Allen sacked Warner TWICE--and got 5 tackles. That is why Jared Allen is going to be playing in the pro-bowl, and that's why Abraham will be watching him on T.V @ home.
  8. This is a FALCONS BOARD, I am talking about THE FALCONS. You brought up Tjack and the Vikings, not me. My original post in this board was strictly about the Falcons. Enough said is right, I would've MUCH RATHER started Tarvaris Jackson on the Vikings over Matt Ryan.--Since Tarvaris Jackson has been superior to Matt Ryan in EVERY statistical category these past few games. Tarvaris Jackson has only truly started one season (Last season)--Which he led them to 8-8 on a rebuilding year--and only barely missed play-off berth. He wasn't drafted NEARLY as high as Ryan, and came out of tiny Alabama State..(Not Alabama..Alabama STATE). So he didn't even start his Rookie year. He had a bad start, and unlike Matt Ryan-- Tjack is playing exceptionally well in December. Here are Tarvaris Jackson's stats for the last 3 games: 740 passing yards 7 TDs 1 INT Avg. 62% pass completion Avg. 107 QB Rating You cannot deny he has been playing exceptional Football these past 3 weeks. -------------------------------------- Now look at Matt Ryan's last 3 games (not including play-off game) 500 passing yards. 2 TDs 4 INT Avg. 55% pass completion Avg. 63.9 QB Rating. Matt Ryan has REALLY worn down
  9. I wasn't specifically targeting you with my post.--Actually Vikings had Randall Cunningham. Given he played most of his career with the Eagles--he really shined with the Vikings though. You guys give Tjack too hard of a time though. Tarvaris Jackson has only truly started one season (Last season)--Which he led them to 8-8 on a rebuilding year--and only barely missed play-off berth. 10. Funny how quickly your opinions of Matt Ryan have changed. 11. Gosh I don't know, as opposed to your 2008 schedule, this schedule has teams with a WINNING RECORD. Most of your wins this season were against god-awful teams like Chiefs, Raiders, Rams, Lions, and the Broncos. (Out of Division) Without facing those cupcakes again, you'll be lucky to make .500. This schedule is 10fold harder than your 2008 one.
  12. Good post, as always you make a good, constructive posts. Wow, you guys flame the **** out of "Ryan-2" for very constructive posts he makes before today. Usually about being "negative" and being a "fairweather fan". But turns he was right about his expectations of his Falcons all along--and now that it's over, you guys agree with him and kiss his ***. wow. Edit: oops, I spoke too soon. "Wheele" is still the blind, delusional homer he always was. I guess a loss in the play-offs, and reality slaps him in the face-- and he still doesn't get it.
  13. Find it yourself, just sift through any one of the 100s of pages full of "BELIEVE" and "Matt Ryan is "insert ridiculous comparison to HOF, MVP, or ROY claim here" threads. You won't have a hard time finding one, trust me. Well, since you're talking about the "hear and now"--Let's see what the Vikings have going on "right NOW'--Oh that's right WE'RE STILL IN THE PLAY-OFFS, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
  14. Well, I have a $40.00 2 Leg Parlay on the Cardinals to win (Gave up -1 points)-- Although before I placed my bet the Falcons were favored by 2.5 points. So many people put their money on the Cardinals the line moved 3.5 points! (Gotta be first time in history that happened in a play-off game) So I'll be rooting for the Ravens to win. I'm giving up 3.5 points on this one. Just as long as you know, the pain and disappointment you feel from the Falcons losing, I will cash your pain in at the Sports Book. Pays 13-5 at $144.00. So half way there, Go Vikings!, Go Ravens!
