  1. What if my aunt had a sack? Well she'd be my uncle
  2. Maybe not at this point. But that's why the season is 17 weeks long.
  3. Naw I heard what you said, was just misleading. My apologies.
  4. Does anyone have a link for the hit? I watched the game but I was drinking at my buddies too haha I looked on youtube but didnt see it.
  5. Stopped watching after he said we won in no last week /credibility
  6. Nah people over here understand how hybrid defenses work. It's what we run too. **** just about every defense has hybrid looks. And ultimately I think Vaccaro will be a great addition to the saints d. It just bothers me seeing the same saints fans claiming how great their rookie is doing or will do, yet seem to think we're doomed with our inexperienced secondary.
  7. Good point. Peyton's about as immobile as they come lol
  8. Continuing with BoC's post the amoeba defense is like a curveball in baseball. It's nasty when it's not seen coming, but loses potency the more it's seen. With that said I honestly don't think we'll see it this week unless the Saints go marching in on our D. (pause)
  9. Whose talking about him playing LB? He was slated as a backup DE in Buffalo. Nolan loves hybrid players and I feel like at the right price he'd be worth a shot.
  10. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/lights-merriman-cut-bills-151026780--nfl.html "Merriman's release was regarded as a mild surprise for a player who described himself as being in his best shape in years after having season-ending surgery in November to repair a partially torn right Achilles tendon. It's an injury that had nagged him for much of the previous two seasons." I know we have a thing for signing injured players but this could be another one of those medium risk/high rewards kind of deals. They say it takes two years to fully recover, but I know the achilles probably wont ever be at full strength again. Food for Thoughts?
  11. https://twitter.com/#!/roddywhiteTV [Eric Weems] is probably the 5th best player on our team ask every special teams coach that plays against us. Pretty big statement right there. I feel like Eric's a big reason our special teams have been consistent in past years. But Id wanna hear who the four above him are.

  13. What're you talking about? TD & Co have been trying to build the lines since the get go. Justin Blalock, a promising young guard from Texas, had been drafted the year before their arrival in the second round. They traded up to get Sam Baker in the first. Who at the time looked like a good pick and was liked by many. They already had McClure. The centerpiece of the O-line at the time. Harvey Dahl was an up and coming guard. I'll agree the RT might have never of fully been addressed but even the DL was addressed. We had John Abraham, Babineaux, Peria Jerry, Corey Peters, Kroy Biermann, Sidbury, Edwards, and most were recent acquisitions. So it's a little unfair to say that TD and company havent been trying to address the lines.
  14. Agreed. Plus Im sure any new coordinator would be a little worried coming into their first season without the teams best DB ya know? Hopefully we can get him signed to a long term deal this upcoming season.
  15. http://www.atlantafalcons.com/2012/03/tag-grimes-is-it/ Franchise tagged! Thoughts?
