  1. As much as Matt's arm isn't what it used to be, his smarts give us the best chance to win. So benching him outright guarantees a loss.
  2. From what I've seen in the past year, he can have an all Pro line and that deep ball will still hang in the air longer than it should.
  3. I've finally come to the realization that, as smart as Matt Ryan is, his arm is shot. He's staring down receivers when trying to place passes in windows now and his deep ball isn't anywhere accurate nor has any zing left in that WRs have to wait on it.
  4. Take that quote with a grain of salt. It's McCarthy's ring-kissing mug that said that one. A narcissist can't change its spots.
  5. "Woodward and Costa write that [Joint Chief Chairman Mark] Milley, deeply shaken by the assault, 'was certain that Trump had gone into a serious mental decline in the aftermath of the election, with Trump now all but manic, screaming at officials and constructing his own alternate reality about endless election conspiracies.' "Milley worried that Trump could 'go rogue,' the authors write. And here's the thing: Milley wasn't the only person who noticed a change in Trump's behavior in the wake of the election. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, a loyal ally of the President, felt the same way. 🤔 "The book details a private call McCarthy had with Trump the night before Biden's inauguration. According to Woodward and Costa, McCarthy told Trump, 'I don't know what's happened to you in the last two months. ... You're not the same as you were for the last four years.' 🤪
  6. I first heard of this from Adam Sandler on his Facebook page. The one dude who's very voice was funny. Rest in Peace, Norm.
  7. Even if he is, what are we going to do about it?
  8. I can't listen to his first album anymore after knowing the context behind it. "My mind's telling me no! But my body's...my body's telling me "yes!" Disgusting.
  9. Since the orange jack*ss floated injecting bleach as a deterrent to Covid, I can definitely see his narcissistic penchant of "diarrhea of the mouth" and saying it verbally in some capacity to the Joint Chiefs in using nukes for, well, ANYTHING. Remember, Trump also floated the idea of using nukes to break up a hurricane. Trump is nuts.
  10. My wife, currently an ICU travel nurse, who works exclusively with COVID patients (who's seen hundreds of them die), told an anti-vaxx neighbor the same thing. She told them if you get sick to not go to the hospital if they contract the virus. She said if your conviction is so strong against the vaccine, then stay home and to not waste the bed space for those who truly need it.
  11. As much as I'm down here, I may have to ask Mr. Blank for a softer surface.
  12. Imagine if Republicans took the same view of 9/11 as they did the Jan. insurrection... "Those were just Saudi tourists wanting a closer look at the Twin Towers!"
  13. The players looked pretty lost on defense. When they did get pressure, they'd lose containment. Over and over. The oline play was bad and couldn't block anyone it seems. I turned the game off at the beginning of the 4th quarter because things kept repeating and not changing.
  14. You know you've hit OG age when your godchildren refer to you as "Unk".
  15. And this is why I only go to the Waffle House during the daytime. Most of the stupid **** happens at night. Mostly.
  16. An anti-vaxx cousin of my wife just died of Covid just two days ago. She was steeped in conspiracy theories, so her dying of the virus is of no surprise. What is a surprise is that her entire family in the entire household is the same way. And they were surprised that we got vaccinated. We were like, "You just lost a family member to this. How can you still be skeptical?!?"
  17. ...who got hawked down and stripped from behind by the new OG we just signed off waivers from the Browns.
