  1. Looks good to me. I don't see what the problem is. I like Falcons in red. Reminds me of the old days. Bartkowski, Andrews, Stanback, Francis, Johnson.
  2. I am really pulling for this guy. His story is amazing. Wow! Hopefully, he has what it takes to make this team, we could definitely use his energy and positive outlook!
  3. With julio out, who is the #2 WR? Gage? OZ? Come on, there are guys out there, but none of them can consistently make plays. I don't think it's a fair assessment.
  4. This switch requires better safeties than we have and definitely more guys up front that fit the scheme. We dont have 1 pass rusher that is consistent, we would need to find 3 in one offseason, with no cap space. It can be done, but we won't be competitive for 2 years on defense.
  5. That is a loser mentality. Can't make the playoffs...ok. you still need to win games before the entire team is stuck in a loser's mentality. You are what you do. You can lose out and get great draft position, but you lose the team in the process. Jets have been getting high draft picks for decades, doesn't matter, they have a losing culture. These guys are professionals.
  6. Gotta get higher level players in the secondary and on the dline. Haven't seen anything from marlon davison. Maybe he can provide something. Who knows. Need more plays from both safety positions. Terrell is doing well, Sheffield is ok.
  7. the only reason we got to the super bowl was because of coaching. when the coach left, the gm was exposed...again
  8. no we should have fired the gm that had bartu, worrilow, stephen jacksn, that horrible oline, and DEs. In game decisions arent on the GM
  9. well, the year he got fired as bucd coach, they were the #1 passing offence in the league. he has produced passing yards, but not wins
  10. Yes, and had a pass rush too. Late in that season, we played lights out on defense. Upshaw, Reed, Clayborn, with vic beasley, freeney. We blitzed from the secondary too. To me, the defense stopped progressing when we went away from 3 LBs. Last year we tried 3 DEs, this year we are trying 3 safeties. 1 makes you too slow, the other makes you too small.
  11. There safety help was in close to defend the 4th down play. Oliver just got beat. In that situation, you just can't allow that to happen. Tackle the guy, hold, grab, something. Technique was off on that play.
  12. It depends on what he wants. I would absolutely take him if he is willing to backup gurley and have 2 RBs running for their next payday. If he has crazy demands......deuces.
  13. But I'm sure that realization took some time to cultivate. In the beginning, I'm sure there were different feelings
  14. Everyone isn't as strong as you my man. That's a privilege of strength, many, many people aren't that strong.
  15. Many people have, but only a brave few will admit it. Takes a big man to admit those kinds of thoughts. Much props to you
  16. Freeman.....thats about it. The rest of the deals are pretty team friendly.
  17. Matt Ryan has always been outranked by the new guys. They all fade, and Matt continues to be consistent. It will never change until he gets a ring. Then, they will have a new set of criteria that he doesn't make the mark. Just how it is.
  18. Its not like he had zero abilities. The guy played well actually, he struggled against the guys that everyone struggles against. He was just a rookie and they took advantage. He knows now what to expect and will obviously get better. He isn't a world beater, but he play pretty well at times, he just needs to become more consistent.
  19. I'm puttin my money on McGary playing much better this year.
  20. Yeah, not to mention charles harris, lauquan tredwell, deion bucannon, hayden Hurst, and dante Fowler.....all former 1st round picks brought in through trade or free agency. He pizzes me off most of the time, but hey, can't blame him this year
