He did wonders with the Viking oline back in the day.,

Wasn't he there during the 90s when the Vikings had those monster offensive teams?

Jeremiah Washburn has done a pretty good job for the Lions. they may suck but one thing about them is they give Stafford a lot of time in the pocket and they set a record for least amount of sacks per attempts. and as much as they pass that's pretty impressive.

I don't think this really proves anything.

I like the fact that he played the game and has NFL coaching experience.

Be careful......

In March 2005, the NFL began to investigate Tice for organizing and profiting from a Super Bowl ticket scalping operation within the Vikings organization. He later admitted that these charges were true and the NFL fined him $100,000 on June 30, 2005. At the time it was the largest fine ever handed down to a head coach in NFL history.

He also ..does have jaguars ties asst head coach and oline coach under del rio

That would be a solid hire. Man, if Munchak got let go in Tennessee, I'd hope Arthur would just throw him his checkbook.

whoever it is they need to get them into the fold as soon as possible because he needs as much time with these jokers as possible to get them to playing at a level we need them to.

as much as I agree, the stupid new CBA won't allow it until after draft day. and then there is a pause and then mini camp, then a pause again.

this new CBA really really hurt the players. not being able to train right and etc. led to injuries and looking like idiots.

Great idea

So we know it won't happen.

Munchak would be my 1st choice but I like this one too. He's coached OL before and he's got somewhat of a tough attitude so maybe this softness that we've seen with our OL in recent years wouldn't be tolerated.

OK I just want to remind everyone how happy we were when we brought Pat Hill in. And remember we all thought he would coach up Dead President who played for him at Fresno St. Both of em were duds. The guy that brought up Tice's coaching days with that Bear Oline has a good point. Careful what you pray for.

WE always do that ish, it looks good so we as fans make it look even better, then when it fails we wont hold back until it is gone.

Well that is the life of a Falcon Fan.

At the end of a disappointing season, we say "there is always next season."

As soon as the next season begins to disappoint, we say "same Ole Falcons."

So it is written, so shall it be.

Tice was hired as Offensive Line coach for the Chicago Bears. On October 3, 2010 his offensive line allowed 9 sacks in one half to the New York Giants.

Ouch. That number nine could be an omen.

Also let's not forget that mofo got busted for scalping Super Bowl tickets when he was with MIN. But he did work for JAX so he will likely be our new Oline coach.
