I was late to camp, so I guess I'll put my mini-camp thoughts here, rather than start a thread.

- I'll echo what everyone else is saying, that Asante looked fine shortly after it happened.  He didn't return to the field, but he was on the sideline joking around.

- Roddy made some great catches, including one deep that he had to adjust to and come back for it.

- In an endzone drill, Toilolo got open for a nice touchdown over the middle.

- Steven Jackson just looks fluid running and receiving.  He gets moving quickly, no hesitation.

- I watched a lot of Darius Johnson when he was on the field, as I've been intrigued with him after watching his highlights.  He was in on a good number of snaps and played well.  He had a great catch on the sideline that had the crowd cheering.

- I was watching for Motta as well, and while he didn't stand out, he saw quite a few snaps and looked fine.

- Doege looked bad in his limited snaps IMO.  The three plays I can remember are: him badly missing an open receiver, bouncing a screen pass at a guy's feet, and holding the ball way too long and taking a sack when a guy was open nearby.

- And lastly, I got JULIOOOOOOOOOO's autograph and got to watch free football...pretty great day.

I forgot about motta. I need to get some pics of him. I'm waiting for tackling

I got busy and got there really late. A little after 5. I only got to watch them finish up the goal line plays. Saw Matt Ryan run for a touchdown and that got a huge reaction from the crowd and Spoon was yelling "Matt Ryan cant run!" it was pretty funny. After a breakup I hear Samuel yell out something along the lines of "get that ish out of here" from behind the endzone. Saw the rookie TE make a touchdown catch, that was nice to see.

The real highlight was when it finished (at around 530) I was pretty bummed because I missed most of it but then I noticed Steven Jackson walking right toward where we were standing to begin doing autographs. My friend and I were right there but I had nothing for him to sign. So I ran over to the trailer, bought a football and got back and he's still right there and the crowd had not gotten too big. I was able to each out being pretty tall and got him to sign it! My friend got his phone case signed which was pretty epic too. Then I see Matty on sideline and I run over there and after seeing he was going down the line I picked a spot ahead of him and he eventually got to me.

Someone commented on his wife beating him at basketball and they laughed about that. I asked him if he could dunk and he laughs and says of course because hes 6'5. "i know im white but cmon". I mention i saw him run that TD, I see hes athletic and he modestly denies. I say we should run some read option and he gets a laugh out of that too and says thats definitely not happening. Told him I'll just do it and madden and he says let me know how it works out and signed the ball that Jackson signed. Safe to say, im pretty hype to have a ball signed by Matty Ice and Steve Jackson!

Nice. Did Ryan forget that, he is not supposed to be running. LOL.

The legend of Motta lives on, I bet he took most of the snaps at LB.

Is Decoud and Moore at the camp? No one is talking about them.

They were both there. You can see Decoud on the right in the first pic. I only saw Moore take some snaps.
