nah, Stamina is key. Zombies can go forever. If you are fast, its a good thing, but if you cant keep the speed, then they will catch you.

All you need is to be faster than the other guy, or at least be good at tripping others on the run. Granted, if you have no stamina when you're by yourself then you're screwed.

Sams Club and Pawnshop for me.  Gonna get me a ton of dry/canned goods and bottled water, then pawnshop for guns/ammo.

then take the supplies and drive to fort sumter.

Which leads to the question; how can a Zombie move at all? It takes oxygen to feed the heart, the heart to supply blood to muscles, muscles to propel the Zombie

Y'all got it all wrong.  You need to recruit as many "Biggest Loser" rejects as you can to be part of your inner circle.  There are several reasons why:
1. Big 'uns can't run fast.
2. Big 'uns can't run long.
3. If a zombie had a chance to eat a Whopper or a slider, which would it most likely choose?
4. Eating all of that fat is sure to make the zombie slow down or fall asleep.
5. If you happen to find a really fast, well conditioned big 'un, you can distract him or her by tactically dropping candy wrappers behind you for which they will surely slow down to investigate.

if the muscles work then the lungs probably do too.

Possibly they work purely on anaerobic methods to feed their muscles.
Honestly, Traditional Zombies are not going to take over the world. Their bodies would rot away after a few weeks, like any meat that you leave out. plus if they trip and break a leg, they would not be able to heal, therefore would be stuck.

Sometimes i wonder.  Would this get any attention if it happened a year ago or without the Miami situation?  My assumption is things like this happen across America from time to time and just never get attention.  Its like people being afraid to let their children outside... They act like child abductions just started in the 70s.  I need to find the study where they state that murders are down from what they were hundreds of years ago.  The main difference in our time is everyone knows everything that goes on everywhere all the time.  So back in the 80s you wouldn't hear about something outside of your local area and you felt safer.  Now with the internet you can be scared by everything that happens everywhere.

oh well back to zombie jokes.

Been working on my cardio I should be good to go with my tripping skillz.  I wonder.. would you rather be eaten by a zombie or bitten and become one...
