Something like that is what got him fired from ESPN. Last time I saw him he was working for the CBS College Sports Network or whatever the **** it's called now.

one of the worst draft picks i ever saw was Jimmy Clausen, didnt he go in the first round?? I never understood he wasnt even any good at ND and he brought the Panthers a 1-15 season, unless it was just a genius move to draft him to give them the 1-15 season so they could get Cam Newton first over all the following year

Number 40 on the list, Huey Richardson, graduate of Atlanta's Lakeside High School.  He was two years ahead of me there, although I transferred to Henderson in my Sophomore year.

In a couple of years, when they do more lists like this RGIII and Lamar Holmes will be on it.

You've missed the point.  Everyone on that list was drafted after Ryan, illustrating the point that locking in on one QB with the idea that you won't have another chance at a quality signal caller is simply not the case in this day and age.

Stafford and Newton are not once in a decade talents, as Andrew Luck and RG3 will illustrate.  The Giants just finished proving, like the Packers before them, that you don't need a complete team when you have a hot QB.  Big Ben, Aaron and Eli have also shown that you don't have to be a 10 year veteran to win the big prize.
That is like saying Aaron Rodgers would have been more successful in San Francisco than smith.  We got Ryan and it was not just him that went 0-3 in the playoffs.  the QB takes the blame but the whole team lost all them games.  Ryan will prove his worth to this organization.  He has the weapons and he will produce.

Jaamal Anderson is still and will be on my list my list for a while. I just remember not knowing who is was when we drafted him and I was like this dude is going to suck. Why are we hyping this guy and he doesnt seem to have ANY heart to play defense. We gave him so many chances and he couldnt play the run or pass well enough to be a starter on any team in my mind. Im still scratching my head at how he's still around. guess he's still young enough to make something of his career

Cool I graduated from Henderson. I suppose you know it's a middle school now.

People look at his measurables and where he was drafted and just assume there has to be some play in the guy. Sadly, they're mistaken.

Yeah I know, that's sad.  What year did you graduate?
