Edwards is an assbag who needs to GTFO of this city. Only reason this dude is even wearing a ******* Falcons uniform in the first place is because we couldn't afford Charles Johnson. Hey I have an idea, lets sign guys like Gay Edwards and Duntass Robinson while the Saints sign guys like Darren Sharper, Shaun Rogers, and Darren Sproles, that will really show those Saints!

Here's my take on this situation:

1. Ray Edwards has not lived up to expectations this year (duh).

2. He should have ignored the twitter comments instead of making himself look like an azz.  Same goes for Miko.  

3. Swift took this too far.  Comments like this are *NOT* something a Falcon fan would say:

4. Like it or not, Ray Edwards is a Falcon for the next 2+ weeks.  Nasty twitter comments to him, Tony G, or Grimes' wife are not going to help the Falcons play better come playoff time.  If anything it's adding a distraction that could hurt the team.  

I'll cheer for Ray Edwards as long as he's wearing a Falcon uniform which is going to be at least 2 weeks.  TD and co. will sort out the roster in the off-season.
