fair enough. Heyward already has one, so i am upping his total to 40 for the year. lol. the kid is a monster...

used to belong to the same small gym with him back in his Double A days. He was always discussing new ideas for better workouts with my brother and I just listened. He had a lil fear of never making it. Now hes a nicely paid star for my favorite team, pretty wild.

Well .300 and 40 last year didn't happen but here's too it happening this year and making my prediction of Dan Uggla winning the MVP this year come true!
