Not to be d!ckish to the OP, but if you have to ask, you probably don't have it.

Girls like men with CONFIDENCE.  You can't fake it, but here's how you get it:

Stand up straight; hold your head high.  Smile a lot.  Command the room with your presence.  Say positive things about others; build people up.

Don't be arrogant or cocky; be confident.  A certain amount of boyish arrogance is only acceptable AFTER true confidence is gained.

Confidence allows you to be caring without being weak/whipped; it allows you to be sincere without being clingy; moreover, confidence allows you to be humble while still coming off as strong.

If you say it, mean it; if you mean it, do it; if you do it, live it; if you live it say it!!  The motto of confidence (and some pretty dmn good Anthrax lyrics!  )

If a women gives you her phone number don't call here immediately wait a few days before you call her because the worse thing you can do is to come across as a desperate guy  that hasn't had a date in 10 years. When you go out on a date at a max one compliment during the date do not start talking about the two of you and where you stand till after you have been dating for sometime.

Remember the key is to be a challenge not come across like all of the nerds begging for her attention.

Confident, funny, charming, witty, and most of all, girls love a "man." You need to know when to push on and when to pull back. And personally, I think teasing women has become a lost art. And most importantly, you need to approach the situation with the mindset of "she is getting the better deal out of our interaction." Be indifferent to the outcome, women love a mystery and a challenge. Keep eye contact and never act nervous!
